    Classes are FREE to members.
    POWER PUMP:
    Serious workout designed to increase cardio stimulation. Series of exercises using hand buoys to firm & build upper body strength. For Intermediate/Advanced levels. Offered Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.
    ABC (Aqua Body Conditioning):
    Using the water to improve balance and conditioning. Light cardiovascular stroll, abdominal training, balance and flexibility. Proper body alignment will be stressed. For beginner level students. Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30 am.
    AQUACISE FOR HEALTH:
    High impact workout designed to improve endurance, flexibility, range of motion, muscle tone and posture using the water’s resistance to cushion the feet, knees and back. Buoys and/or noodles may be used. Offered Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30 am.
    HYDRO KICK-BOX:
    Fun, vigorous, easy-to-follow workout will incorporate short intervals of cardio training followed by lower body exercises. Offered Fridays at 5:30 pm.
    HI/LO H20:
    60-minute workout designed to emphasize total body conditioning through the water’s resistance using equipment to help firm and build muscle. Offered Fridays at 9:30 am.

    Classes are FREE to members.
    Range of Motion/Cardio:
    Class highlights participants who require a focus on range of motion and minimal to moderate cardio workout. (i.e. joint replacement/arthritis participants). A low to moderate intensity level class. Offered Monday-Friday at 10:00 am.

    Deep Water/Range of Motion:
    A Katie’s Pool class designed for participants who require a focus on range of motion, moderate cardio and muscle toning workout. This class requires an evaluation prior to class. A low to moderate intensity level class. Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 pm.

    Moderate Motion:
    Class provides the opportunity to learn water fitness technique with cardio and muscle toning workout. A moderate to medium intensity level class. Offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00 am.

    Aqua Zumba:
    Physical conditioning through Latin dance moves and water exercise. Shallow water, medium impact and a cardiovascular workout is all part of this class! Good for beginners and intermediate exercisers. A moderate to high intensity level class. Offered Saturdays at 11:15 am.

    Deep Water/High Intensity:
    This advanced class is designed for participants who swim or are comfortable using flotation equipment in deep water. High cardio with maximum muscle toning workout. A high intensity level class. Offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am.

    High Intensity Workout:
    An advanced class in shallow and deep water, focusing on high cardio. Class focuses on maximum muscle toning and balance. Participants who have prior water fitness experience is recommended. A high intensity level class. Offered Monday-Friday at 8:00 am.

    Power Water:
    Advanced class provides a high impact muscle toning and high cardio workout. This class is geared for participants who have little or no joint complications. A high intensity level class. Offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.

    High Impact Fitness:
    Advanced class provides a high impact muscle toning and high cardio workout. This class is geared for participants who have little or no joint complications. A high intensity level class. Offered Monday-Friday at 11:00 am.
