 Basic Training Boot Camp

Need a good workout? Need accountability? Need a Drill Sergeant? Then this class is for you! This class is a 1-hour high-intensity class with a focus on calisthenics and cardio workouts. This class will take place both indoors and outdoors. This class will meet 3 days per week for 6 weeks. Check the schedules for a listing of times and dates.

Fee: $25/member & $50/non-member

 Qigong

The word Qigon (pronounced "chee gong") is a combination of two ideas: "Qi" means breathe of life or vital energy of the body, and "gong" means the self-discipline skill of working, cultivating, and balancing Qi. The art of Qigong consists primarily of the use of intention, meditation, relaxation, physical movement or posture, mind-body integration, and breathing exercises. Medically shown to improve balance, lower blood pressure and improve balance, lower blood pressure and improve over all well-being. Begins January 9th. See branch fit class schedule.

    Personal Training

    Personal Trainer Basic:
    Person Training Basic is a standardized 12-session exercise program
    $140 for 12 one-hour sessions.

    Personal Training Plus:
    Personal Training Plus is an individualized program which offers quality one-on-one time with a professional certified trainer.
    $30 for one-hour session
    $135 for 5 one-hour sessions
    $250 for 10 one-hour sessions

    Activate "6 and 6"
    $150 for 6 thirty-minute session with our Registered Dietician AND 6 one-hour sessions with a certified personal trainer.
