Adapted Programs
The Family Y provides people of all abilities the opportunity to grow stronger - body, mind and spirit. Our adapted programs are designed to meet the needs of those with physical and developmental disabilities at all ages and stages of life. Family Y membership is not required to participate in our adapted programs.
